I am loving June’s LookFantastic box theme which is ‘Around The World.’
LookFantastic have included in the box some of the world’s best products in the beauty industry, products created in various countries and the products they chose will also be useful if your planning on travelling this summer away from home or if your planning on exploring the region that you call home.
INSIDE THE BEAUTY BOX… 5 SKINCARE AND 1 HAIRCARE
Just A Little Note – Every LookFantastic box comes with the latest edition of Elle Magazine which retails for £4.50. I haven’t photographed this because I want to show the products instead but wanted to let you know so you are aware that you would also receive this gift too!
SVR TOPIALYSE PALPEBRAL Dry + Sensitive Eyelid Cream
I haven’t heard of this brand before and I love when that happens as it’s a beauty discovery treat for me. This is an eye cream that calms and soothes itchy and sensitive eyes. This french eye cream retails for £15 and is perfect for dry or irritated eyelids. It claims to give you 24 hour hydration and immediately helps to reduce any irritation and redness. I don’t personally suffer from any dry skin or irritation around my eyes but this product sounds perfect if you have some skin problems around the eyes as it seems to help a wide range of eye issues.
ECOOKING Peeling Mask
This is a peeling mask from ECOOKING which is a Danish skincare brand, another brand I haven’t come across before. This retails for £11.10 and is a mask that helps to keep your skin’s youthful appearance by buffing away dead skin cells. The ingredients in this product are wonderful some include AHA’s, Lactic, Salicylic and Glycolic Acid. It’s 100% Vegan and I can’t wait to try this out and see if this really does make a difference to my complexion. It makes your face red…but apparently that means that it’s working.
BIOEFFECT EGF Serum
I love a good facial serum and again this is from another brand that I haven’t come across before. This is a serum by BIOEFFECT who are an Icelandic brand. I am actually super interested by this product. If you didn’t know EGF is a naturally occurring human protein and this serum has a plant based replica of EGF. It claims to be an anti-ageing treatment serum which helps to reduce any fine lines and wrinkles whilst also boosting the skins radiance. I am looking forward to trying this serum out! The sample size of 3ml that we received retails for £25!
KORRES Natural Pure Greek Soap
Oooo this item is right up my street. Firstly, the packaging is lovely. Anyway, this is a traditional Greek soap bar which was inspired by beauty rituals of Cretan women in the past. It retails for £5 and has natural ingredients. There were three soaps that you could either receive in the box it was between Chamomile, Pomegranate or Olive & Olive Blossom. I actually got the one that I personally would of chosen…Chamomile. So i’m very happy and excited to try this soap bar out.
I have heard of the brand Filorga before and this product was created by the leading French Dermatology Clinic. This is a cream that helps to restore your skin’s firmness. We received 7ml which retails for £9.10. The cream itself contains active ingredients to deliver visible effects and also Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid that help to reduce signs of ageing. I am excited to try this out as it sounds amazing for tighter and plumper skin.
BUMBLE AND BUMBLE Go Big Spray
I have been very interested to try out Bumble and Bumble products before I just never got round to doing so, so i’m very lucky that one has been included in this months box. You could either of received the Surf Spray or the Go Big Treatment. I received the Go Big Treatment Spray. This spray claims to boost limp hair, improving it’s texture and strength. It helps to give the hair a voluminous, healthy and soft look. I do love a hair volume spray so this one will be interesting to try out. We received a smaller size which contains 30ml and would retail for £2.40.
Overall, the box has a great selection of products to try out. I actually loved the theme of this box and having products that have been created in different places around the world was a brilliant touch. There are so many high end and well known products included and I was actually surprised by how perfect the selection was. This box contents maybe slightly too skincare heavy for some people however I adore everything skincare so this is totally perfect for me! The total worth of the box comes to £67.60. I loved all of the products in the box and I don’t have a favourite as they are all right up my street! Did you receive the June’s LookFantastic box I would love to know your thoughts or favourite products if you did. If you didn’t then still interested to know what products you like the look of from this review.
