GLOSSYBOX (UK REVIEW) JULY 2019

Morning Lovelies,

It’s time for July’s Glossybox review…it really feels like this year is just flying by! July is a summer month so what better way to celebrate the season than with a summer vibe beauty box, the theme for this box is ‘Holiday Haul.’ The box contains products that will cover all travel beauty needs whether your travelling abroad or staying and soaking up the UK sunshine there are five holiday essentials included. P7130003.JPG

INSIDE THE BOX: 3 SKINCARE, 1 BEAUTY AND  1 HAIRCARE

BEAUTY

MANNA KADAR COSMETICS Bloom MascaraP7130013.JPGWow, before I write about the product itself…this mascara looks fabulous. I have never seen a mascara with such stunning packaging, it has an elegant twist in the middle and I really think it makes it stand out from the rest on the market even with it just being in a simple black shade. I haven’t heard of Manna Kadar Cosmetics before but I love a new beauty discovery. This mascara retails for £23, and has a wand with ultra dense bristles to help give you long and fuller looking lashes. The wand is a nice decent size in volume too. The mascara has a hydrating formula which ensures your lashes stay flake and clump free. I’m looking forward to trying this out and seeing if I think it is worth the money.

SKINCARE

OMOROVICZA Cleansing FoamP7130010.JPGA great brand to include. This is a cleansing foam from OMOROVICZA. It retails for £18 for their travel size bottle which contains 30ml. I love that this cleansing foam has no harmful sulphates included in the ingredients and it also contains White Lupin which energises the skin and Copper Gluconate which detoxify’s it. This cleanser removes makeup and also skin impurities, leaving it looking clear and feeling fresh. I received this in a previous Look Fantastic box and I absolutely loved it, so i’m very happy to of received it again.

PALMER’S Natural Bronze Body LotionP7130009.JPGI personally feel like Glossybox sometimes lacks in putting body lotion into their boxes so I am so glad to see one included in this months box. This is by the brand PALMER’S and is a Gradual Tan Body Lotion. This was a ‘Receive 1 of 2’ so you might of received the Cocoa Butter formula body lotion or Coconut Oil formula body lotion. I got the Coconut Oil version which is the one I personally would of picked myself, however both look lovely. This is a 20ml size and retails for just £2.49. It does just what it says in it’s product name, it will gradually build a natural looking tan up once lotion has been applied.

BOOTS TEA TREE & WITCH HAZEL Intense Deep Cleanse Face MaskP7130006.JPGThis product is a face mask from Boots that retails for £1 in the travel size 10ml packet. Another item which is a ‘Receive 1 of 2.’ Either the Peel Off Face Mask or the Intense Deep Cleanse one. I received the Tea Tree and Witch Hazel with Active Charcoal Intense Deep Cleanse Facial Mask. I love Charcoal face masks so was over the moon to of been given this one. This facial mask removes dirt and impurities from the skin and it’s pores. It’ll be nice to use on a pamper night in.

HAIRCARE

MOROCCANOIL TreatmentOLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAI have just run out of my bottle of this so I am thrilled to have a new one again. This is such a popular and hugely loved product. It’s by Moroccanoil and it is their Moroccanoil Treatment. It is packed with antioxidant rich Argan Oil and contains vitamins that give your hair a beautiful shine. It’s a multipurpose hair oil and I love it. When I use this my hair always looks more styled, shiny and just in a healthy condition overall. It protects the hair and soothes sun damaged hair too. It also conditions locks and gives it a beautiful salon worthy styled, finished look. It’s perfect for taming fly-aways and smoothing frizz. We got given the travel size bottle which contains 25ml and is worth £13.45.

Overall, I am obsessed with this months box of products. There was a product for each beauty need; Beauty, Skincare, Haircare. My favourites this month is the Moroccanoil Treatment and Manna Kadar Cosmetics Bloom Mascara. The box came to a total worth of £57.94. So not a massive amount compared to other months but the products inside are spot on. I loved how Glossybox stuck with the theme of ‘Holiday Haul’ by including nearly all travel sized versions…Cute! Love, Charlotte
