Glossybox June 2020 – What’s Inside?

Afternoon Lovelies,

For June’s Glossybox they are bringing the world to us subscribers without even having to leave the comfort of our own homes with the theme ‘World Of Beauty.’ They have included 5 beauty essentials that have been produced from all across the globe from LA to Australia to Dubai and more… This is a great theme especially because many of us are in lockdown and unable to travel at the moment. Glossybox even thought about the little touches and included some gorgeous themed travelling tissue paper which I adore!OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

HUDA BEAUTY Life-Liner (Shade – Very Vanta)OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAWhenever Huda Beauty is included in a subscription box I can’t contain my excitement! I am thrilled to see a cult favourite huda beauty product inside this box. This is their Life-Liner in the shade Very Vanta which retails for £18. This is a dual ended eyeliner which includes a liquid liner on one end and a pencil eyeliner on the other, both are in a drastic but highly stunning black shade. Both eyeliners are also smudge proof and waterproof so I can imagine that it will stay put all day long. This is a perfect beauty staple for adding extra drama to the eyes.

LASPLASH COSMETICS Brush SetOLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAI haven’t come across this brand before so this is abit of a brand discovery for me, this is a duo brush set by LASplash Cosmetics. This set retails for £15 and and it’s two eyeshadow brushes. One is a lovely fluffy brush perfect for blending and building eyeshadows and the other brush is a dense mini angled brush perfect for the smaller details like the waterline and eyeliner. Both brushes are very soft and these are a nice edition to my makeup brush collection. OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

MODELCO Liquid Metal EyeshadowOLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAThis shade is just perfect for summer and it looks stunning! This is a creamy liquid eyeshadow which is highly pigmented. It doesn’t have a shade name anywhere on the bottle or packaging so I’m guessing it’s the only liquid metal eyeshadow that ModelCo do however, if I had to explain the shade I would say it’s a stunning glittery and sparkly champagne shade, possibly with hints of rose gold. Really beautiful. It is usually worth £15.

BEAUTANIQ BEAUTY Guardian Angel Revitalising Eye GelsOLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAI think for this item you could of received a variety of different eye masks as on my information booklet that Glossybox include with each box is the Potato & Parsley Infused Under Eye Mask by Natura. However, I didn’t actually receive that one in my box I got given Beautaniq Beauty Guardian Angel Revitalising Eye Gels. I’m thrilled with the product that I received though (even though it wasn’t stated on my information booklet), it’s nice to still receive an eye mask!

I think the packaging design of this product is gorgeous and the eye masks themselves are in the shape of angel wings which I adore. This eye mask is hydrating and helps to brighten and de-puff tired eyes. It’s got a great formula with; Green Tea, Hyaluronic Acid, Cucumber and Rose Extract. I’m looking forward to treating my under eyes to this on my next pamper evening. I couldn’t find the price anywhere online for this item but I’m going to go with £5.95 (when I add up the overall box total) as that was the cost of the Natura Potato & Parsley Under Eye Mask in my information booklet.

THE VINTAGE COSMETIC COMPANY Makeup Removing Cloths OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAReusable makeup removing cloths are scattered around my house, I use them alot so having a couple more is very handy. These makeup removing cloths do exactly what the name says they remove makeup and cleanse the face with their short-fibres on one side and on the other side you can use it to exfoliate your complexion aswell. These are by The Vintage Cosmetic Company and retail for £7.99. You get two cloths in each pack and Glossybox chose which design you will receive in your box between Leopard Print or Zebra Print. I got given the zebra print design. They are a decent size and very soft.

Overall, this box has a good selection of beauty and skincare products and I think  that the products really fit the world of beauty theme well. The total worth of this box came to £61.94. My favourites of this box would be Beautaniq Beauty Eye Gels, Model Co Liquid Metal Eyeshadow and of course the Huda Beauty Life-Liner.

I would love to know all of your thoughts and opinions on this box… What product is your favourite? Did you receive this months Glossybox, if you did what did you think of the World Of Beauty theme? Which products did you receive that were different and what did you think of the overall selection? I love hearing from you all, so leave your comments down below.Love, Charlotte
