This July LookFantastic have created two variant boxes both with the theme of ‘Sunkissed.’ All the products have been chosen for achieving and protecting that gorgeous goddess golden glow. Below are the two different boxes that are available and if your a subscriber you will be given one of them at random.
- Madara Regenerating Night Cream
- MyVitamins Beauty Sleep or Hair, Skin & Nails Capsules
- So Eco Blush Brush
- Monuspa Rose & Lemon Enriched Body Cream
- ThisWorks Morning Expert Hyaluronic Serum
- Sleek Matte Me (Bittersweet)
- Nuxe Creme Prodigieuse Boost Multi-Correction Gel Cream
- Erno Laszlo Multi-Task Eye Serum Mask
- Nuxe Insta-Masque Exfoliating Mask
- So Eco Large Eye Shader Brush
- Le Couvent Des Minimes Aqua Sacrae Soap
- Balance Me Vitamin C Repair Serum
- Sleek Matte Me (French Fancy)
Personally I’m quite confused and a little dissapointed this month. Even though these are apparently the box variants I got a random mix of products from both of the boxes. Most of my box contents came from Box 2 however, the product So Eco Large Eye Shader Brush was missing from my box and instead I have the Madara Regenerating Night Cream from Box 1. I am dissapointed that LookFantastic this month haven’t fully taken the time to ensure all of the box contents are correct, it just seems a little rushed and random to me.
A Little Note – This review is not written in as much depth as my other LookFantastic box reviews, this is because I did not receive the LookFantastic booklet to explain about the contents of the products inside the box so I don’t have many details on each of the products. I apologise for the shorter review of this months box.
INSIDE MY BOX…
MADARA Regenerating Night CreamThis night cream is from the brand Madara and it is in a 25ml bottle which retails for £17.
ERNO LASZLO Multi-Task Eye Serum MaskI have tried this eye serum mask out before and loved it, it left my under eyes silky smooth and hydrated… so I am delighted to be able to use this eye mask again. This packet contains one full mask and is worth £5.83.
NUXE Creme Prodigieuse Boost Multi-Correction Gel CreamThis is a 15ml bottle of Nuxe Creme Prodigieuse Boost Multi-Correction Gel Cream. (See price below)
NUXE Insta-Masque Exfoliating MaskAnother product by Nuxe this is their Insta-Masque Exfoliating Mask in a small tub of 15ml. I love the pot it looks like a very cute design. Together with the above product of NUXE Creme Prodigieuse Boost Multi-Correction Gel Cream they come to a retail price of £17.
BALANCE ME Vitamin C Repair SerumThis is a Vitamin C Repair Serum by Balance Me and it retails for £11 for a 7ml tube of product.
LE COUVENT Des Minimes Aqua Sacrae SoapThis is a beautiful smelling soap and I absolutely love this brand. The soap is by Le Couvent Des Minimes and it’s their Aqua Sacrae soap. This is a 50g bar which retails for £5. It’s got a gorgeous floral scent which is subtle but divine. Very happy with this product.
SLEEK Matte Me (Shade – French Fancy)This liquid lipstick is by Sleek and it’s from their Matte Me collection. The shade I received is in French Fancy which is a hot pink shade. This Matte Me is worth £4.99.
Overall, I’m not too impressed with this months box. It was a disappointment to not even receive a variant of the box and instead have my contents slightly random. I think LookFantastic could of taken some more time on getting the contents of each box right… I would be interested to know if you received this months beauty box yourself and if any of your contents were also abit random too? My favourite products from the selection that I received are the Erno Laszlo Eye Mask and the Le Couvent Aqua Sacrae Soap… really pleased with those two. The overall total worth of this box comes to £60.82.
Like always I love to hear all of your thoughts on this box so share all of your opinions and thoughts in the comments down below. What box variant did you receive? Did you receive any random unexpected products inside too? Do you like the contents inside this months selection and have any favourites? Personally I am dissapointed by this months box so I am extremely interested to hear all of your thoughts.
P.S I am sad to say but this is my last LookFantatsic Beauty Box Review that I will be doing for the time being on my blog (I may rejoin in the future but for now I have decided to unsubscribe.) It’s been lovely to share with you all each month the box contents since I first subscribed in March 2019. I have thoroughly enjoyed unboxing these for you and writing reviews each month. I have nothing against the box I actually often adore each month and in the past LookFantastic have created some fabulous boxes however, because the boxes are usually very skincare based I have managed to gather quite a big collection of skincare products over the past year and four months. I feel that it’s my time to unsubscribed as I prefer to stick to a more solid skincare routine rather than changing my skincare routine alot due to sampling all of these products I receive in my box. I hope you aren’t too dissapointed with my decision to stop writing LookFantastic beauty box reviews but there will still be plenty more subscription box reviews on my blog to enjoy!
